User Agreement

Welcome to Ravix. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ravix application (“App”), a photo editing and image collage tool that allows users to combine images, adjust layouts, crop photos, and manage editing history.

By downloading, installing, or using Ravix, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

1. Eligibility (18+ Only)

Ravix is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.

• You confirm that you are at least 18 years old by using this App.

• Use of Ravix by individuals under 18 is strictly prohibited.

• We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if we believe this requirement is violated.

2. App Functionality

Ravix provides tools for:

• Merging two images with adjustable spacing, corner radius, and size ratio

• Creating multi-image collages using templates and layout options

• Cropping and adjusting images

• Saving editing history for future reference

All features are provided for personal, non-commercial creative use unless otherwise permitted.

3. User Responsibilities

When using Ravix, you agree that you will:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes

• Not upload or process illegal, harmful, or infringing content

• Ensure you have the legal rights to use any images you upload or edit

• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the App

• Not use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

You are solely responsible for the content you process within the App.

4. Intellectual Property

• Ravix, including its design, features, interface, and underlying technology, is owned by us or our licensors.

• You retain ownership of the images you upload or create using the App.

• However, we do not claim ownership of your content.

• You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to process your content solely for providing App functionality.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Please review it to understand how your data is handled.

Most image processing occurs locally on your device, and we do not store your personal images on our servers unless explicitly stated.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal, abusive, or harmful purposes

• Upload content that violates copyright, privacy, or intellectual property rights

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

• Interfere with the normal operation of the App

• Use automated systems or bots to access the App

Violation of these rules may result in termination of access.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Ravix at any time, without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms

• You misuse the App

• Required by law or regulatory obligation

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Ravix is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will always function without interruption or error

• All features will meet your expectations

• The App will be free from bugs or technical issues

Use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

• We are not responsible for loss of data, content, or image files resulting from use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted within the App or relevant distribution platforms. Continued use of Ravix after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
